New EFSA baseline survey on the prevalence of Listeria monocytogenes in certain ready-to-eat foods in the EU

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has published the results of a baseline survey on the prevalence of Listeria monocytogenes in certain ready-to-eat foods, particularly hot and cold smoked or gravad fish, heat treated meat products and soft or semi-soft cheese.
